What is your favorite part of being a teacher?

My favorite part about being a teacher is meeting other people from around the country who are equally passionate in teaching as I am! It’s fun to see the students grow and learn new things!

What do you enjoy about teaching here at YAPA Kids?

I enjoy teaching at YAPA because the organization is very supportive and outgoing. The program leads are some of the most understanding and kindest people I’ve been able to chat with. Also being able to meet new people and teach with them is always fun!

What have you learned from teaching kids/at YAPA Kids?

I’ve learned to be more responsible and multitask. Learning the ability to juggle home and school life plus hobbies like teaching kids at Yapa.
