What is your favorite part of being a teacher?
I absolutely LOVE meeting students who mirror the same interests and curiosities of mine for the subject I teach! Just interacting with them as a teacher and as a friend makes my day! Not to mention, the wide diversity of ideas and cultures my students bring to my class helps me learn more as a teacher and a student myself!
What do you enjoy about teaching here at YAPA Kids?
I really like how YAPA Kids gives me the leeway as a Medical Enrichment teacher to teach concepts in my own way! The pre-set curriculum is super interactive with games, videos and makes it easier for me to take my students through the lessons!
What have you learned from teaching kids/at YAPA Kids?
One thing I have learned from teaching at YAPA Kids is how crucial education is, both academically and socially, for students of all ages! I am glad to be part of this mission to help provide this amazing resource for students globally and provide them the momentum to learn more about the subjects they are interested in!
